Are you looking for childcare coming up shortly or in the future? Please fill in the pre-registration form to get started. A WLCC team member will be in touch with you to organize a tour if you are looking for childcare within the next 1-4 months. Please note we do not offer tours unless a space is available for the timeframe you are requiring. 

 

Please complete all fields in the pre-registration form, including postal code. It is your obligation to email us every 3-6 months to confirm your interest in remaining on the waitlist, or you will be removed from the waitlist. We will respond to confirm we received your registration within a few days.

We will contact you when a space becomes available, but will not contact you earlier unless it is to advise about an Open House day. Please feel free to email us at any time to check on the status of the waitlist as there can be a high volume of calls per day. However, should you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email.  We cannot guarantee a placement for any waitlist applicants.  However, we will give you any and all information about our waitlist that is available as we believe in transparency, and you can choose accordingly whether to proceed with your registration. Our waitlist is based on age and date requested by parents, on a first come first served basis, and children are placed accordingly. If a place comes open within a reasonable date of your request you will be offered the placement and will have 24 hours to accept the space.    

 

There is no fee to pre-register to be placed on the waitlist. We will only require a fee once the space has been offered and accepted!

Please note that due to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation we require your consent in order for you to receive any electronic  messages which contain information about WLCC therefore, submitting the document gives permission to do so. Please note we will only contact you about tours, registration or any Open Houses.
